Patrick’s passion started early on. Starting with programming and the Radio Shack TRS-80 in the early 1980’s, this began Patrick’s computer passion that only escalated. Working with and repairing any type of equipment was always a strong quality. Remember, that was before the internet with YouTube and being able to just “Google it”.
While continuing to develop his printing career and raising a family, Patrick popped out of that bubble in the late 1990’s with a renewed interest in computers.
In 2002, after starting a web design company with many websites and clients, overall computer support became the main focus. Enjoying a strong electrical/mechanical background made it easy for his skillset to evolve into a wholesome collection of pc support, network and website administration. Building and repairing workstations, gaming systems and mobile devices, became a useful asset. Data recovery has also been a core part of his business. Keeping ahead of new and ever-changing technology, has always been a passion. Training others and working with diverse workplaces and equipment has kept him on the cutting edge of new pc and mobile technology.
With family in the legal field and many law clients, the forensic computer passion was born.
Patrick is honored to be a member of the IACIS since 2015 and completed BCFE training in May 2016 and began the CFCE certification cycle. For over sixteen years Patrick’s proficiency has been building in computer technology and all things electronic.
This current set of skills and passion has led to the forensic computer field. A perfect fit for his strong skillset that with ongoing commitment to training, will keep him engaged and productive for the second half of his career.
